This was something Granny firmly believed in while cooking in her little kitchen in Trinidad. Neil’s Real Deal came about when Neil, the great-grandson of Granny and an avid cook, realized he shouldn’t be the only one blessed with an unbelievable hot sauce that he puts on everything. Literally. Every. Single. Thing.

We’ve grown our collection of sauces, but they’re all made just like Granny would have done. With the best, fresh ingredients, not adding anything that doesn’t need to be there, and putting flavour ahead of everything. That includes only using glass bottles to be sure it tastes exactly the same in your kitchen as it does in ours.
