• 1-2 tbsp olive oil • 3-4 garlic cloves minced • 1 med onion diced • 1-2 Roma tomatoes diced • 4-5 mushrooms chopped • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños • 1 1/2 cups pico de gallo • 1 green onion • 2 chicken breasts • 12-14 shrimp • 3/4 cup crushed tomatoes • 1 cup whole milk or half n half • 1-2 tbsp Neil's Real Deal Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce (4/5 heat) • 2 tbs NRD Cajun Rub • 1-2 tbsp Parmigiano cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pan, heat your olive oil, toss in your garlic and onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes. Toss in the jalapeños and mushroom, sauté another 2-3 minutes.
2. Add your tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and pico de gallo then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. In this time, get a pot of salted water bowling for the pasta noodles. Season your shrimp and chicken in Neil's Real Deal Cajun Rub, cook on the bbq or preferred method. You can throw them in the pan to simmer if you don't want to use bbq.
4. You should have a nice sauce by now. Add the cream, Neil's Real Deal scotch bonnet pepper sauce, cajun rub, Parmigiano cheese, and your meats, then let simmer another 5 minutes.
5. Mix in your pasta noodles of choice or pour sauce over noodles. Top with fresh green onions and enjoy!
